In our non summer schedule the equestrian center is closed on Tuesdays and Fridays; during the summer we are open Saturday threw Thursday. All rides require reservations by calling ext. 9571. The rates listed below are owner fees / guests of owners and RCI / resort guests. Lake Izac Tavern is located in the lodge. It accommodates 76 people with a scenic view of 60 acre Lake Izac and the Ben Lomond Manor House (circa 1742). The tavern provides patrons with a country setting and a memorable dining experience. The tavern has an ambiance of old farm equipment and prints of area historical sites. Shenandoah Crossing Resort is located in Gordonsville; Virginia Southwest of Fredericksburg and northeast of Charlottesville; VA. Shenandoah Crossing is for those who want the simplicity of nature and the small-town sophistication of Charlottesville. The resort is located in Central Virginia which is known for its historic battlefields; picturesque farms; old churches; and aristocratic homes. Shenandoah Crossing Resort is an outdoor vacation experience. Our accommodations are predominantly cabins in wooded lots; with a few that are Lake Front. We have eight town homes also in wooded lots. We have all the experiences you would find being outdoors such as bees; raccoons; fox; deer; turkey and other wildlife. Although we monitor our grounds; wildlife and vegetation grow. Access to our cabins is via pathways ranging in distance from 20 to 200 from parking spaces. Although we will make every attempt to honor requests for close cabins; they are always on an availability basis. Please call the resort for special requests. | |
